We would like to go over some details before you arrive to party with us this weekend:

5p to 10p (No VIP early Entry, VIP enters first when doors open)
 

SATURDAY:
VIP  - 10:30am early entry

General Admission - 11am - 7pm 

 

SUNDAY:

VIP  - 10:30am early entry

General Admission - 11am - 5pm 

 

YOUR TICKETS
Your admission tickets were emailed to you at the time of purchase, if you do not see them, please check your other folders such as "Spam" "Promotions" and "Junk". If you still do not find them, log into CaptureTicketing.com using the email address you used when purchasing. From there you can retrieve your ticket(s) as well as swap / upgrade days / photo ops.

If you purchased a 3 day weekend or VIP pass DO NOT REMOVE YOUR WRISTBAND until after the weekend is over. If you remove your wristband after Friday or Saturday and have a VIP or Weekend wristband, we will not be able to let you back in the following day without buying a new ticket. Wristbands must be on your wrist, not on belt loops, bags, etc. NO EXCPETIONS. NO REFUNDS.

 

V.I.P. TICKET HOLDERS:

There is a separate room to pick up your wristbands, look for the VIP sign outside. The VIP Lounge is exclusively for our VIP guests and is located upstairs in Room #200.

 

CREEP I.E. CINEMA AFTER HOURS ADDITIONAL TICKETED EVENT:

Bloody Disgusting presents Creep I.E. Cinema with a special Q & A with Brad Dourif, Fiona Dourif and Alex Vincent on Saturday, July 11th from 7p – 10p. This will be held upstairs in room 203 and is a separate ticketed event. Everyone including VIP’s, GA’s and Children must have both an Aftermath admission ticket and a Creep I.E. Cinema ticket in order to enter this after hours event.
 

 

POSE PROFESSIONAL PHOTO OPS (BALLROOM):
If you purchased a photo op, that is done through our photo op partner "POSE" and they can assist you on site if you do not have your ticket. However, again...9 times out of 10 it's in your "Promotions" folder if you have Gmail.

NO PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF CELEBRITIES PERMITTED IN THE BALLROOM & AUTOGRAPH ALLEY. THIS INCLUDES NO SMART GLASSES.

 

AUTOGRAPHS (Located in Exhibit Hall & Ballroom):

All Autographs are purchased day of show at each celebs table. You can bring your own items from home (no weapons, plastic / toy weapons that are not guns or projectiles that are sold at places like “Spirit Halloween” will be permitted) Final decision is always up to Convention Center Security. Each celeb will have photos at their table to autograph if you did not bring your own item to have signed. We do not have prices on autographs in advance. Each celeb will post their autograph prices at their table. Some celebs may also take “selfies” at their table for an additional price and some may not. Your best bet for photos is to purchase POSE Professional Photo Ops in advance on our website if possible. Autographs are held in a separate room than the Photo Op room. No Autographs will be signed in the Photo Op room.

 

 

BAGS:

There are no bag size restrictions, you can bring backpacks / purses, etc but they will all be checked by security.

 

 

ANIMALS:
Per Convention Center policy, only service animals are permitted. No emotional support animals are allowed including snakes, rabbits, cats, or other exotic pets allowed.
 

COSPLAY ACCESSORIES:
We will have a cosplay accessory check in station near the entrance. If you are bringing Cosplay gear you must have it inspected by Convention Center security before entering the facility and they will clear it / peace bond it. Absolutely No guns (even Toy / Replicas) will be permitted as well as no Steel and projectiles, real chainsaws, etc. We strive to keep Creep I.E. Con a SAFE event. 
 

We have high tech security scanners which will get people through the doors quickly as long as you have your tickets handy. You can have your ticket with barcode either on your phone for us to scan or printed out for us to scan (preferred method).

 

CHILDREN:

Children ages 10 and under are free with paid adult. If your child appears to be over 10, you will be charged a general admission ticket for entry. It is your responsibility to provide documented proof otherwise. 

 

 

FOOD & DRINK:

Food & Drink are not permitted inside the Ontario Convention Center. You are permitted to bring in 1 water bottle / drink upon entry, infant and toddler snacks and formula are permitted. There will also be vegan options in the snack bar. Food Trucks are located right outside the Convention Center. In addition to the food trucks there is a kitchen and coffee shop inside the Convention Center and bars throughout.

PARKING:

Parking is $20 and the venue is a cashless facility which means you must pay for  parking and food and drinks with credit / debit card...however, many of the celebrities take cash only so it's best to bring both cash and card. There are ATM machines inside the facility but count on there being lines for it and the cash eventually running out from the machines.

 

PARKING LOTS OPEN AT FOLLOWING TIMES:
FRIDAY 1/30 = 3PM
SATURDAY 1/31 = 8AM
SUNDAY 2/1 = 8AM
